Private sessions are for YOU if:
You're new to yoga and want to get familiar with poses and instructions before taking a group class.
You're recovering from and injury and would like to create strength, stability, and mobility in the body.
You have pain and would like relief without mood-altering drugs, but are afraid to do anything that might cause more pain.
You think yoga studios are uncomfortable and you want special attention to improve your practice.
Sessions will be tailored to focus on each student’s needs/interests. You will have an opportunity to:
• Learn about the structure/alignment and purpose of each pose as well as how to prevent injuries
• Learn safe and effective ways to return to exercise after recovering from an injury/surgery/illness/pregnancy
• Understand how to modify poses in group classes for special conditions or existing injuries
• Learn proper yogic breathing and how to get the most out of your practice
• Begin understanding your body and what yoga poses would be best suited to build strength and increase flexibility
• Enjoy an individualized practice
